Photography & Filming Notice

Bermondsey Street Festival

Bermondsey Street Festival is a public event. Professional photographers and videographers, as well as press, may be present throughout the day, and this applies to previous festivals as well as the current one.

By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the general event coverage, and to that footage being used by Bermondsey Street Festival CIC for promotional, marketing, archival, and reporting purposes, including on our website, social media channels, printed materials, and press coverage.

Photography involving children

If you are attending with children, please note that photography and filming will take place across the festival site as part of general crowd and event coverage.

If you would prefer your child not to appear in general festival photography or filming, you can avoid photographers and filming areas where visible, or speak to a volunteer on the day.

Previous festivals

This notice also covers photography and filming from previous editions of the festival, which may continue to be used for the promotional and archival purposes described above.

If you or your child appear in a previous photo or video and would like it removed, please contact us at

hello@bermondseystreetfestival.com and we will action your request as soon as reasonably possible.
